Tuesday Night there were alot of dogs barking. Wednesday morning I woke up to a blade, the end of a knife in my back tire. It completely deflated it. The neighbor 2 doors down had their house egged and the house a couple houses up had their car keyed. Unsure how to file a report or what to do. I have receipts of this incident where I had to replace a new tire on a new car. Thank you
