Third party caller contacted the Homeless Assistance Line wanted to give information about an encampment of people set up in tents along the fences of the backs of houses, as well as under the bridge near Indian School and University. The tents along the houses are set up on the east side of University, and those under the bridge are on the west side of University. Caller said he was hoping for a service that could help them find shelter, especially because it's starting to get colder. He was also worried about the amount of trash and debris that has been building up there, and thinks it may be a potential fire hazard.
