It seems as if the current selectman and road crew are incapable of properly remobving snow form downtown essex.
The pilesof snow along the curb creat a hazard for anyone trying to park a vehicle and conduct their business.

Mr.C. is a nice guy but he is letting the inmates run the asylum at the PW Dept. Out of control. I also noticed how well all residents and visitors did getting off the streets for the storm....they never took advantage of it. Better management of this department would go a long way.
