12/9 - Received first order returned by post office - "return to sender - no such number - unable to forward." /// GED
12/9 - Utility billing has a different number than tax address. I called the number in utility billing and discussed with owner. The correct street number is 8038. They stated that they were unaware of the trash issued but do know there was a water leak in basement so maybe tenant was placing damaged items outside. They will call and discuss with tenant and make sure it gets handled. They will call back later with status update. Case pulled from hearing since owner was never properly notified. Follow up inspection needed. /// GED
