We have an open case for the debris in the yards and for the garage that is open and full of debris. A re-inspection of the yards and premises is scheduled for 8/26/13 and the garage is scheduled to be re-inspected on 10/21/13. hcj

A year and a half...really?

Nearly 3 months. Any final report in the offing? What happened to the re-inspection?

This place looks terrible just thankful I don't live across from them-4 dogs loose in the yard yesterday!

The case for the yards and premises is in Municipal Court with the next hearing on Thursday, November 7th, 2013. Any of the neighbors that would like to come to Municipal Court at City Hall, are more than welcome to do so, to let the Judge know what a nuisance this is to them, and how angry they are over the conditions.
As for the issue with the dogs, we do not have any jurisdiction over animals. All issues with animals falls under the jurisdiction of Animal Control which is a county department. You may contact them at 478-751-9200 to report any issues regarding the animals. hcj

It has happened again! Now they are using "Yard Sale" as an excuse. I have filed a new report.

Has any action been taken on this issue? I have not noticed any change at the reported address.

This is a blight on the neighborhood...it started to come back to looking like this mess 9 months ago! I live 3 blocks away...just glad I don't live so close as to see it from my house. I take another route to and from home to avoid looking at the trash!
