The sidewalks are so dirty, and filled with papers, cups, etc. The parking lot next to Chase is dirty all the time, and at night so many people are just hanging out there. You are afraid to go into the store there. People sit in the park across the streets all hours of the night, and they urinate on the trees as if they are toilets, both day and night. People walk their dogs up and down Middle Neck and Steamboat, and never pick up behind them. What is going in in this town?
