We have cleared all the sidewalks that we maintain. Businesses intentionally depositing snow back onto the sidewalks is an ongoing issue that involves code enforcement. Thank you

Apparently this issue has not been resolved... As I was driving down Maple Street today, pedestrians were walking on the roadway because the sidewalks are ice/snow covered.

This is a DPW issue. There are large sections with no abutters that continue to remain uncleared.

This is has been continuing through the winter so it is a systemic problem. This should be left open until the DPW fixes the issue of not properly clearing snow.

The issue is resolved. We will leave ticket open until winter season is over. Thank you!

Again, the issue is not resolved. The sidewalks have not been properly cleared during any storm this winter. Waiting until the snow melts naturally is not a resolution.

The city plows the sidewalks on Maple St from south Bolton to Framingham St. Everything else is mainted by the homes and business' that occupy Maple St. Thank you!

This issue has not been resolved. Leave open until the sidewalks are properly maintained. There has consistently been snow covering the sidewalks - the DPW and code enforcement need to improve snow clear and enforcement.

We are closing the ticket. We clear the sidewalks on Maple from Bolton to Framingham. When the proper sidewalksa rent cleared, we have Code enforcement handle it. When the time comes, in the snow season, we will handle it.

That has not been the case. The sidewalks were never properly cleared. Please fix this systemic issue and close the issue at that point.

Stop closing issues that have not been resolved

We have stated numerous times. We have are looking at this issue and will look at it come the snow season. If the issue happens again, we will take care of it. Please stop opening an the ticket. We do not want to suspend any account. Thank you!

Suspend if you want. The only response that has come from the DPW has been word and no action. Saying that you'll look into it doesn't fix anything. Once the snow comes this year the sidewalks get cleared the issue will be resolved and the issue can be closed. This has been said ad nauseum. The DPWs handling of this issue has shown that you don't take residents' concerns seriously.
