To my fellow neighbor reporting this - I wouldn’t expect any improvement. The police do not enforce the laws here. Last night I took a drive up 68th, 67th, and 66th.. every street in this neighborhood has cars blocking sidewalks, parked facing the wrong direction on the street, etc. It’s like that every night. Don’t expect this community to care. The cops are too busy hanging out at 7-11 while illegal things are going on right in front of them.

If blocking the sidewalk is occurring before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. this issue would be handled by the police department. The non emergency phone number for the police department is (727) 369-7864.
