On October 23rd, 2019 I opened an issue reporting that four street lights were out in Flora Whyley park between 14th Ave and 16th. On October 24th, the Engineering Department closed the issue with the response that there wAs an open work order with Duke Energy, and that the lights would be fixed “within a week”. It’s now been six weeks and the lights are still dark. Can someone please follow up and resolve this unsafe situation?
