The property is in disrepair, The residents have not had garbage services for over 3 months. As a result they are dumping their household waste along the fence line to Belcher Rd. The pile is growing , looks disgusting and smells. There is also a increase of rats now due to the waste matter. Old Furniture, yard debris, non working non registered jet skis laying un-trailer and cars on flat tires in the front yard. The car port is piled with items including garbage.
