For the 3rd week in a row, our recycling has not been picked up. This is absolutely ridiculous. Eve tone else’s around us had been picked up every time. Our boxes are broken down. They are inside the cart. My husband even made sure the lid was completely closed this time because we though maybe that was it. I called last week and put in a request and nothing was ever done. At this point, I consider this as the city is stealing from us. We pay for this service. This needs to be addressed ASAP or we will take this further.
