A site visit was conducted yesterday to see who owned the bike in question. Blue Cross Clue Shield owns it and a phone call was made at 1-855-948-2929, BCBS direct 'bluebikes' phone number. The operator was told that the bike was to be removed as soon as possible and they cannot be placed in the middle of a sidewalk and/or travel path. A site visit was completed this morning and the 'bluebike' has been removed.
