Description

The lake on the corner of Blackburn Rd & Brook Ct. has started up again. In the winter this will freeze and will be dangerous to life and limb. Many children pass this way going to school, people walking dogs, commuters going for the bus. all these groups will be in danger of falling and breaking bones or worse. We have complained about this many times and you are doing nothing about it.
