Sharraxaadda

Hello, I am a neighbor living on Strawberry Hill Rd. The owner of this property passed away in the summer. His house is vacant. All of the lights are on and the windows are open. As far as I know, no one has been to the property in several months. We are afraid that the pipes will freeze, and the water will cause a flood and possibly a fire. Not sure who to reach out to about this so I thought I'd report it to the police.
