JRM picked up the recycling but could not find the yard waste barrel on 8-29-13.

They picked up One of the two recycling this morning off my porch left one full and the yard waste was pulled into the driveway because I did not want to leave it on the street because how was I suppose to know they were coming back

JRM did not see any yard waste out on the sidewalk on 8-28-13.

Well JRM is lying to you because I had two Barrels on the side walk on 8-28-13 and they emptied 1 and left the one with grass clippings so how did they not see it if it was right next to the one they picked up??? And why only come back this morning and take one of my recycling and not both???

Both my barrels were out on 8-28-13 because the took one of the two so JRM is lying to you. My wife has put the yard waste back out on the curb.

The Department of Public Works picked up the missed yard waste on 8-29-13. The reason JRM did not take it was because the yard waste barrel was over the weight limit.

Well if its over weight why do they not put a sticker on it like the recycling bins when that's wrong. Also I have filled that barrel with the same amount of yard waste and weight for the last 5 years and this is the first it was to heavy when it was actually lighter than the first bin they took. thank you for picking it up.
