Description
This is an empty property that has been taken by homeless people and it's piles of trash. The problem is that it's going to rain and we live in a flood area and where all that trash is inside the wash that drains the water for the neighborhood. So that will .go into the main drains for the big wash and plug the wholes. Someone needs to help to remove all the trash and the camp that's in there.
