The right Southbound lane of 15th NE is a mess for several blocks, but just N of the intersection w/ Pacific NE there is a large, deep pothole that I could not avoid. The impact knocked the CD in the player off track and I had to refill my tire after work. This could do serious damage to a vehicle and should be flagged until it is repaired.
