Somebody is going to be car jacked or shot while waiting for this useless light. Ok Ashtabula, When you had business's on this street I could see the use however you don't. I have watched numerous drug deals on this corner. I'm not going to wait here much longer. There is no need for this to be a light. STOP SIGN! Traffic flows better.
