You may need to bag the trash up

2093 east Napier ave, the trash was bagged but when the a bag was placed on top last week it was pushed off and dogs tore the trash out.

The week before our yard waste was not picked up and it had been out there the entire week.

Not being condescending at all. I had the exact same issue in the past and they wouldn't pick up the trash because it was not bagged properly. I am just sharing the info to help you. Have a nice day.

@napierhomes90 I apologize, I’m just so fed up. I would like them to treat this neighborhood like I know they treat others. Thank you for the comment if that changes things I will Something differently. A notice would be great from them.
