What is the status of this vehicle? Did Off Taylor follow-up on this complaint? What was the outcome? Is the vehicle still registered or not?

We observed to the two flat tires on the passenger side. Officer Taylor will follow up with the abandoned motor vehicle procedure; ultimately if the owner does not resolve this issue, it will be towed.

A YEAR to resolve this is unacceptable. This was first reported in January 2020 and it took until December 2020 to resolve and close this issue. I hope this is not an indication how well the police department handles other complaints.
