Property should be cleaned and put out properly by owner for regular pick up. @Tommy please send a officer out to site this property

This property is the worst, we call the city at least once a month.

Can the city give us the necessary cleanup items and us the community will again do the cleanup, this has been an ongoing eyesore. The amount of fines issued to this homeowner I’m surprised the city does not own this property. HELP needed!!
