Russell- today 1-22-20 we inspected this address regarding water flowing & causing ice on the road. We can not locate the source of the water but will contiue to inspect. Once the source can be located,we will inform you of the results. Thank you for your patience.

How about diging up the road where the water is obvious. Shouldn't that be a starting point?

Russell- We again investigated today (1-29-20 ) without any exact location of a possible leak however, we plan to excavate the exisitng patch where the water appears to be leaking from tomorrow. Will keep you informed.

Russell- Today 1-30-20 this area was excavated and a small shear brake was discovered. A repair clamp was used to correct this condition. You had a keen sense of discovery in this matter. Typically witin two weeks (weather permiting) the stone will be compacted & replaced with permnent black-top paving. Thanks you for your paitence. see attached photo.
