Description

The left and right hand turn lanes running up and down Alcatraz are completely worn away and are a hazard with cars bypassing turns nearly into the opposite intersection. This is the THIRD report on this issue. PAY ATTENTION TO SOUTH BERKELEY. PLEASE.
