One of the city departments is putting handicap accessible curbs on the corner of my property at 21st Ave. and Locust St. In the process of performing the work they broke 3 sprinkler heads and I believe the pipes that are underground. When I turn on the sprinklers, water comes gushing out from underground. This needs to be repaired with the same sprinklers before they pour the concrete or it will have to all be taken out and redone.
