Description

It’s after noon on Friday - even with 5 day trash pickup there should be ZERO bins out on the sidewalk. There is also trash that fell out of the machine scattered everywhere. Currently 3 from chipotle and 2 from AMA. I talked to the chipotle manager and it’s understanding that he’s “allowed to leave 2 bins out all the time” which is frankly NOT TRUE. It’s been almost a year since I first reported this!!! Please fine them because obviously the message is not getting through!!!

"2:4. - Points of storage.
2) With the exception of single- or 2-family homes, solid waste customers located within the Downtown District as defined in Chapter 7 that have a point of collection at the curb shall not leave solid waste or solid waste containers at the collection point earlier than 5:00 p.m. the day before collection or after 12:00 noon or an hour after collection on the designated day of collection if collection has not occurred by 11:00 a.m."
