This is NOT DEP property. All of the dumping is occurring within the ROW of the McGovern Drive which is a Jersey City owned, controlled and maintained road. Jersey City DPW has cleaned this road before. You should contact the Liberty State Park Superintendent Rob Rodriguez about this. He can be reached at 201-915-3400 ext 105.
