Description

These street light go out at least twice per year, especially after a heavy rain.
There is probably an issue with the underground wiring. These lights are one either side of the Green Ct intersection on the East side of Green Road.

The lights are out again this morning and it makes it very difficult to see walking pedestrians when turning into Green Court.

Who is responsible for making DTE fix this problem on-going? The lights have not been fixed and are still not working...as of this morning. If there is a pedestrian accident at this location, who holds the liability for the lights not being operational after it's been identified for such a long period of time without any action?

I have confirmed that the street lights on Green Rd at Green Ct were not functioning this morning.
I tried calling DTE and I get lost in a loop of phone menu and eventually have to leave a message.
They do not call me back. DTE needs to investigate that this might be an underground wiring issue.
