Another city of Topeka failure to act.
I reported dumping of tree limbs on both public easement and private property by the city's lowest bid (and lowest quality) street slurry subcontractor. I sent pictures of the sidewalk and handicap sidewalk ramps covered in what may have been asphalt millings. I was put off by the city for 3 months for a reply. The city stated that none of the work performed by the lowest bid lowest quality subcontractor was complete until the city says it is complete. The city has now closed the complaint with no action whatsoever. The multiple piles of limbs are still there looking terrible. The sidewalks were never cleaned. What are we paying our high taxes for?
