There has been a dead gray and white cat on 431 coming into Huntsville before Monte Sano Blvd. On the right side of the road. IT was next to the dead deer that was picked up but the cat was not. Every day, I have expected it to have been picked up by someone reporting it or an animal control truck seeing it and stopping but since neither has happened, I am reporting it. HAS animal personnel probably needs a shovel when picking up as it has been there awhile. There is also a dead deer in front of Southland Precision on 431 - it's in the ditch.
