Description

Street drainage backs up into my yard as the leaves and pine straw do not flow through. Plus the back up where the culvert opens into my yard. Needs to be cleared for smooth drainage. Three spots. At the outlet, where the pine straw and leaves are piling into my neighbors yard adjacent to my yard and toward the back of the yard where it backs up significantly when it rains. Thanks.
