Description

Over population of various dogs on property. Fencing around property is poorly maintained and the dogs get loose on a regular basis. I want to say that I have to avoid the pack dogs at least every other day. School children are harrassed by the pack of dogs on the same frequency as I am while trying to enter MY neighborhood.
the person who happens own the dogs, could care less when they get loose. He rents the property and the owner is unreachable. this guy renting WILL NOT tell you whom he rents from.
this won't be addressed by the HOA, the couldn't care less.
please send someone to corral the pack of dogs. Before a innocent child is bitten and attracts Rabies. i do see ANY COLLAR NOR LICENSING ON ANY OF THE DOGS, EVER.
This has been an issue for 3 years running.
it has to stop, some how.
