Description
Vehicle ran over a mail box at next door corner lot, stopped in the road at next house. Vehicle damage created a very large car fluid spill all over the road. Police responded to incident but chemical spill was not cleaned up. Approximate area of spill: 10 ft X 60 ft, some of it runs down the street.
