JRL - The sidewalk on the Northern part of lake and south of the Library shows water flow, pooling, with unsightly slime & algae growth. Poss. the inground water piping is leaking. View in the A.m. The hot temps this week may dry up, bu the leak is still there. In addition, check the pier south of the Library. There is a missing piece of wood that allows a child to fit through the side and poss. fall in the lake.
