Si as I stated this is a weekly event for my building. no heat no hot water again, trying to contact management is like pulling teeth and since we just has a snow storm guess it will be monday or tues before we get anything fixed over here. of course hpd will show up as usual when all is fixed and back to normal.

These tenants at 1472 Beach ave. needs help. I have experenced how dredfull it can get when the heat and hot water is gone from the apt. With one of the worst winters in a long time it is a tragidy to leave these people in the "wind". They have no way of staying warm but to turn the oven on and use the stove to heat the water. and space heaters these are so dangerious but when your children are cold, you are elderlly or you need to get out to work there is no other option but to use these methods. It becomes a danger not only to this building but to the surronding buildings as well. FIRE, this is no joke and these landlords that donot provide heat and hot water are in fact setting up the property to real danger. please lets get the tenants of 1472 Beach ave the heat and hot water that they , by law ,should have. and as far as these landlords who are getting away with just a summons , its not enough , we as tenants in the BRONX need our city officals , voted in by us, to act now. HELP heat our apts.

So we have once again been without heat and hot water for 3 days now going on 4. House is frigid.

535 Taylor ave , the floors have not been swept , mopped, the garbage outsid is just piling up.this is so bad. my celing in the livingroom is comming down and it has water stains, the light flickers and there is a water stain there as well. the same in the bathroom the workers came and opened my celing because of water flowing down when the shower upstairs goes on, but, not always, yet they opened my celing found nothing and left the hole. i put a piece of stirfome over it . the windows and walls are in need of repair there is a down slope in the bedroom , the bathroom floor , because the water , continually dripping , it is now a colapsed floor. bottom line is that theis apt is in such need of repair. i have repedilly had hpd and of course MILBANK REAL ESTATE got the summons but yup egnored them . i went to court with MILBANK and still it reamines the same. i am so tired of this place and the broken mailboxes, dirty floors , just a completelly negleted building. i am asked why i dont move well i would love to but being that i am a PAW, i recieve ssi/hra landlords don't accept these programs oh unless i want to move tpo a worst neighborhood . i am connected to my church and i volentieer there . i am there gardener. St Anthonys church around the corner. i have been living here 8yrs and this building has no order , there is no one to stop all the in and out all night long. a city playground , a school ps 102 fighting to stay open.and should , where will all these kids go? oh i found apts inthe westchester sq. parkchester area , beautiful apts, but i hear no programs. i do believe that this is ellegal. and i will need to find something soon because i live in a 4thfl walk up and although i was able to ake the steps , my breathing has gotten worst. my husband who does not live with me would like to. he has cancer and the steps well ........ MILBANK REAL ESTATE placed people in apts on the lower floors , i would have taken them then ,but now i am afraid that something bad could happen here like a celing collapes, or i get burnt from the water that comes out of the ratitor. it is depressing and makes a person feel defeated like i don't or can't do anything please help

1472Beach ave is so much like so many other buildings in this area. These landlords just don't care , they get a summons but it doesn't push these landlords to get the boiler fixed or the oil required ,by law , to heat the apts. There needs to be stiffer penitelies against theses owners. The rent gets paid they pocket the $$$ and crumble the fines ,garbage the summons, the end results are defestating . Children , old ,sick , workers and every day folks are turning on there gas stoves, ovens and using electric heaters . The end results can be bad, fire one of these . Most of the buildings in this area have old electrical, and poor working stoves. the access to the building or to the basement is usually blocked . These landlords need stiffer penilities , JAIL TIME. Please help the people of Beach ave and other neglected buildings to recive the heat and hot water required by law. HELP

letsget the heat so desperetally needed for the tenants of 1472 Beach ave . These landlords need to be held accountable ,and not with a summonsor fine . the landlords of these buildings are getting away with causing a real tragedy in this city. so often we hear about a fire iside of an apt. and it just goes unnoticed . from where i am sitting i believe many of these fires would be halted if they had heat and hot water as opposed to using the need for there oven,stove and space heaters. tenants are suffering because ofd neglagence of their landlord. while the elderlly,sick,children and those who need to get to work, there landlord gets away with a slap on the wrist. it really is sickenning and the landlords need to pay-up. it seems that the laws need to be changed. mabe the landlord/owner should be thrown in jail or better yet be orderded by the court to live in the building that is in question. but unbtil then people are freezing , this being one of the coldest in a long time . so, please, people take notice if you are electied efficials this is what we, the people , vote you in office for . help those with no heat/hot water, and make the fine into jail time for the owners of these unkept buildings
