Description

A large tree in the public right of way between 1902 and 1904 NW 11th Road has been deemed a hazard by my neighbor's tree service. There is a dead section at the top, it drops a lot of dead material during wind events, the tree is quite old, and I am concerned about damage it might cause by more dropping limbs or falling over in a storm. The private tree service recommends it be taken down. The City arborist has examined it on several occasions over the past 20 years and each time said it was not yet time to take it down. It has been several years since the last examination and am requesting the City take it down. It has reached its maturity.
