Description
People at this address have a dog that barks all through the night. On behalf of the entire cul de sac here I am making this report. It has been weeks of different neighbors asking them to handle the problem and bring the dog inside, they laugh at the problem. Several neighbors have infants in their homes so the problem is getting worse.
