ACEPD continues to monitor the site and work with the property owner on appropriate mitigation measures. Additionally, the Alachua County Growth Management department is continuing to work with the contractor and property owner on restricting future impacts caused by development and construction activity.

This item is being marked as "Closed" however, this case will continue to be monitored by ACEPD until until clean-up and mitigation efforts have been deemed satisfactory.
