Corner of 13th & Dartmouth SW

Not location as iPhone used it is at the corner of 13th & Dartmouth SW when turning north from westbound on 13th almost caused a head collision

No response I am concerned it has not been the first time this occurred who’s fault would an accident be ? Illegal parked car because of blind spot, my car turning north onto Dartmouth from westbound or the car going south on Dartmouth

@18:30 hours the car is still illegally parked on 13th & Dartmouth SW. No action from CPD YET

No parking violations observed on Fremont. Parking issue on Dartmouth is being addressed under another complaint.
