Description

This road down the middle of the buildings is in extreme disrepair. The road is very damaged. There is so much loose gravel, large potholes that are causing damage to cars and collecting water that is really filthy. There is also a lot of garbage, human refuse and lack of maintenance. The homeless population is beginning to congregate and leaving needles, clothing, and human refuse. Please address asap.
