The access to the left turn lane while heading north on Indianapolis is very dangerous at night and even worse in bad weather. there is NO lighting and NO illumination of the divider between INDY and the left turn lane !!! The other night during snowfall I slowed down to what I considered a safe speed and the car behind me almost rear ended me. Lights are needed
