Descripción
Nuisance Property - Part of the duplex has been condemned for almost 3 years. The owner of the building has never repaired it. It looks terrible (burnt) and attracts homeless. Windows have cob webs and are not boarded up and cats go in and out. This is not safe for the neighborhood. Please keep owners accountable to fix or demolish.
