Description

The intersection of 9th Ave N and Tyrone Blvd has an issue with the traffic light in the morning. Traveling west on 9th through the intersection the light does not turn green when the eastbound side is green. Traffic gets backed up and people are forced to turn right into Tyrone or to turn around. This has happened quite a few times in the morning around 7:15-7:20
