Description

The property at 1515 Bonita Ave has a hedge 10-12' tall by its driveway. Cars backing out have had near misses with pedestrians on the sidewalk because the hedges block visibility. City Zoning Dept requires an AUP for fences / hedges above 6' and there does not appear to be one for this location.
