It wasn't flashing yesterday. And today its flashing again.

"On public street" tells us nothing about where the pole IS. What is the address of the house nearest the pole? Is it in the section of Pinewood Park near the tennis and basketball courts? Is the danged thing STILL blinking?

That street light post is located in front of the tennis and basketball court. We are hoping that street light post will be an attention because it's too dark in that area. Thank you!
