I received a call from the County about this and I wanted to follow up on this request.

Response to Bryan's comment, Pinellas County Public Works Landscape Svcs representative reported on 4.21.20 " spoke with citizen and informed him that this property is maintained by the City of St Petersburg and the SCF was forwarded to them.
