10.56.020 - Regulation of vehicles.

The types of vehicles listed in the table below shall be located on private property in the town on a hard or impervious surface (subject to the hardscape coverage limitations set forth in Title 17) and only in the manner indicated by the key. For purposes of this chapter, "a hard or impervious surface" shall include that portion of the driveway that is the direct route from the public street to the garage or to the house even if such driveway portion is constructed of gravel.
2. Sport utility vehicles (SUVs), vans, and minivans NR**

** Any vehicle bearing any words, numbers, logos, pictures, or other markings (including advertising matter printed or posted on the vehicle) of a commercial nature and otherwise subject to key code NR or OB shall instead be subject to key code NV.
6. Campers (i.e., designed to be attached to a vehicle or trailer NV
7. Recreational vehicles (RVs) and motor homes NV
10. Boats, jet skis, and other water craft NV

NR = no restriction (other than being located on a hard or impervious surface as stated above)
OB = obscured behind a fence, landscaping, or building
NV = no part visible from any street or adjacent property
FE = fully enclosed within a structure so as not to be visible outside the structure
NA = not allowed to remain on private property
