Description

Attached picture is a great example of a issue that was opened. It was assigned internally. Then suddenly it was closed with literally saying “closed”. How is this resolved?? Why is it just closed when the engineer claims it’s under review then there is zero follow up on that other than closed. The TAC dept does not respond. Please post who is the person in charge we need to talk to to get this fixed. OR how about we just get this finally fixed.
