“The address is 80 Del Monte Dr, HILLSBOROUGH. Your web page incorrectly defaults this address to Burlingame and will not let me correct it. Location of this storm drain is on Summit Dr, directly across 2580 Summit Dr. - - 80 Del Monte is a corner lot. The metal grate (2' X 2') has lifted off it's mounting atop the sump. This grate has moved a few inches downhill. When the sump fills with debris, it floats to the top of the sump, bottom of the grate. It prevents the water flow from exiting correctly. The force of the water lifts the grate off it's mounting. The water flow moves the grate downhill. Sump may need cleaning out.
Also the next storm drain down hill from this sump, is blocked. Thanks.”
