We are evaluating the situation and believe it possibly has to do with the State DOT project.

Understand if a DOT Right of Way take is in consideration, however replacement of a decorative black wrought iron fence with s low quality wood fence is not an acceptable aesthetic solution. Based on downtown design requirements this does not fit in. Frankly this is an eyesore to a promising corridor of northern downtown Alpharetta

Its been confirmed that the HOA removed the fence and had the current installed due to the proximity of the work to be completed by the DOT. Once construction in that area has been completed the HOA will have the initial fence installed. The City is in agreement with this solution.

The City of Alpharetta has resolved this request.
