We live across the street from Ameris Amphitheater over at Maxwell Rd.
There is a noose coming we believe from a cement plant at the back of the amphitheater’s prking.
It sounds like a horn and it starts around 5am throughout the day waking up the neighborhood and disturbing the day.

I also called the aforementioned number and had police coming twice - it doesn't stop!
How can we ensure it's finally addressed? 2 communities are complaining and nothing is being done!
Now, when 99% of us are working from home, it's only adding to the massive discomfort we're experiencing anyways.

City of Alpharetta police officers have made multiple visits to this location and have confirmed that no sound being generated violates the City's noise ordinance. Further, visual inspection of the site and conversations with site personnel indicate that no changes have been made to the operations or equipment on the site in several years.
With no violation of City codes or ordinances occurring, there is nothing on which the City has authority to act. As such, this issue item is being closed.

With 10+ people complaining in the course of the last 4 weeks, and multiple complaints filed by different people across the epicenter of this noise - stating that nothing has changed in years is nothing but spitting at your taxpayers' face!
What measures can be taken to further investigate this matter as soon as possible?
